Refund Eligibility Conditions
Order Cancellation:
1. Within 12 Hours of Purchase (if order not shipped):
You will receive a full refund with no transaction fees.
2. After 12 Hours of Purchase (if order not shipped):
Cancellation is allowed with a 10% transaction fee deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Receipt of Orders:
1. If Your Order Is Not Delivered (correct address provided):
We’ll issue a refund after verifying the situation and reaching an agreement with Customer Support.
2. For Partial Missing Items in Multi-Item Orders:
A refund for the missing items will be processed following verification and mutual agreement with Customer Support.
Post-Delivery Issues:
1. Damaged Items:
Please submit photos of the damage to Customer Support. A refund will be issued upon validation and agreement.
2. Defective Items:
Provide photographic evidence to Customer Support. A refund will be processed once validated and agreed upon.
3. Change of Mind (unused products in resalable condition with original packaging):
Submit photos for validation. Returns and refunds will be processed following mutual agreement.
Refund Processing Timeline:
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval. If you do not see the funds in this timeframe, please reach out to Customer Support at info@realdickx.com with your order details for prompt assistance.
